This Statement of Support and Limitations (SSL) outlines the types of support that Christa Miley for Village Council, Seat 3 (the “Campaign”) may accept, as well as the limitations and restrictions that apply in accordance with Florida election laws.
Support We Accept
Individual Contributions
We appreciate contributions from individuals who support Christa Miley’s vision for our community. All contributions must comply with applicable Florida campaign finance laws.
Business Contributions
We accept contributions from businesses, corporations, and other entities as allowed by Florida law.
Volunteers
We welcome the time and talent of volunteers who want to help make a difference in our community. Volunteers are the heart of this campaign.
In-Kind Contributions
We accept in-kind contributions of goods or services that help support campaign activities, subject to compliance with state law.
Limitations and Restrictions
- All contributions are subject to the limits and prohibitions set forth in Florida Statutes.
- We do not accept contributions from foreign nationals.
- Contributions from government entities are prohibited.
- All contributions must be made in the name of the individual or entity making the contribution.
- The Campaign reserves the right to refuse any contribution that is not in compliance with Florida election laws.
